All non-University customer charges, such as monthly cable pair rental charges, are subject to a campus overhead surcharge. This surcharge appears on your bill as "Total Overhead." Effective July 1, 2007, the surcharge increases from 46% to 51.5% of the cost of all University-provided services. You will first see this increase reflected in the August bill for services provided in July.
