Upon placement, termination, and testing of entrance cables attached to backbone communications networks, the individual services for voice, CATV, and data are provided by campus agencies. A project manager for renovated or new buildings should include the costs of “move-in” and attachment of services within the general project budget, but these should be assigned to campus services.
